Shipping Protection covers your order against loss or damage in transit. If a protected order arrives damaged or never arrives, we replace it free of charge or refund you in full — no carrier claims, no waiting on a third party.
Lost: covered once the carrier confirms non-delivery. Delays (customs, weather, inspections) are not considered lost.
Damaged: report within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label.
Not covered: incorrect addresses entered at checkout, unclaimed packages, or refused deliveries.
Claims must be filed with our support team within 7 days of delivery or of the expected delivery date.
