A good bed does most of its work quietly, and the Acadia Pine Bed is built for exactly that. Made from fsc certified solid pine wood and rubberwood, engineered hardwood, high density foam, fiber, non-scratch rubber feet, it has the weight and the finish to hold its own in daily use rather than just in photographs. It was designed around principal bedrooms and guest rooms, and it is deliberately restrained in Froth White Boucle so it works with what you already have. Every part of it has a job; nothing was added simply to fill space or to chase a passing look.
In use, the appeal is how little it asks of you. Nothing about the shape is trend-led, so it should still look right in five years rather than dated by next season. It pairs naturally with the rest of the Levena collection if you are furnishing a room one piece at a time, and it is equally comfortable as a single considered addition to a room that is otherwise finished.
Small differences in tone, grain and weave between individual pieces are normal for natural materials and are not considered defects. Dust with a dry cloth, avoid solvents, and keep it out of prolonged direct sun. Assemble it on a level floor, check the fittings are fully tightened before first use, and re-check them occasionally so the frame stays square and stable. Each piece is checked over before it leaves us, from the finish through to the fittings.
