All orders are shipped from our fulfilment partners and dispatched on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Processing and delivery times
- Order cut-off: 4:00pm (EST), Monday to Friday
- Handling time: 1 to 3 business days
- Transit time: 8 to 11 business days
- Total estimated delivery: 9 to 14 business days

We currently deliver to: United States, Canada, Mexico, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, New Zealand, Australia, Norway, Switzerland, and the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may attract import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can reship it once you cover the return and reshipping cost.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, email support@levena.shop with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
